We are proud to announce that Wilson Construction Company again made the list of Oregon’s 100 Best Companies to work for.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Not only did we again make the list, we moved from number 47 in 2007 to number 17 in 2008 in the large company group!

Companies are ranked based on a comprehensive survey completed by their employees covering five areas: Benefits and Compensation; Work Environment; Decision Making and Trust; Performance Management; and Career Development and Learning. Because of the positive comments about our company noted in the employee surveys, Oregon Business Magazine has also featured Wilson Construction Company in an article (see attached) on what it takes to become one of Oregon’s top employers.
