FIELD HELICOPTER REFUELING TECHNICIAN
Seeking experienced Helicopter Refueling Technician to refuel our field helicopters on various job sites.
Requirements:
Prior experience refueling aircraft in a field environment
Class A Commercial Drivers License with Hazardous Materials Endorsement
Clean driving record
Clean safety record
Neat appearance
Positive attitude
Prior Military experience a plus
Must be willing to work OT
Must be willing and able to travel and spend time away from home
This is position will have an irregular schedule and work as needed on specified job sites. Job assignments will range from 2 weeks to 3 months in the field.
Hourly wage with OT paid while on job assignment. Per Diem and motels paid for out of town travel.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant. Our friendly upbeat office welcomes candidates with a willingness to learn and good work ethic to join our team at our headquarter office in Canby.
This position is responsible for our company issued cell phones and fuel cards, which includes the following responsibilities:
Issuing cell phones and fuel cards
Monitoring / maintaining plans of cell phones
Analyzing / tracking use of cell phones and fuel cards
Coding cell phone and fuel card invoices
Tracking and matching receipts of charges to cell phone and fuel card invoices
Maintaining various spreadsheets containing issued cell phones and fuel cards
This position is also the back up to front desk and will be responsible for partial coverage on a daily basis, and will also provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
2-3 years experience in a professional office setting
6 months reception experience
Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, 10-key
Excellent organizational skills
Multi-tasking skills
Attention to detail
Effective communication with various types of staff
Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to help and support others
Willingness and ability to learn new tasks
Knowledge of wireless communications products a plus!

SAFETY COORDINATOR
Immediate opening for a Safety Coordinator to assist in promoting our safety and health initiatives as well as reducing hazards, injuries and accidents company wide.
This position will report to the Corporate Safety Director and be responsible for the following duties:
Duties:
Coordinates field visit schedules of field safety personnel
Coordinates new employee orientation and maintains records
Coordinates safety training (OSHA 10, 20 and 30 hour) and maintains records
Reviews and analyzes all daily tailboard reports and DOT reports company-wide to assure they are done timely, correctly and to identify need for follow up training, supervision or discipline for non-compliance with company policy
Assigns appropriate safety personnel to perform incident investigations
Performs quarterly analysis of all incidents and recordable injuries to identify trends and recommend measures to improve performance
Participates in policy discussions as requested by Corporate Safety Director
Minimum Qualifications:
Not less than 5 years working in construction or in an industrial setting
Not less than 2 years working full time as a safety and health professional
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in understanding and interpreting OSHA regulations and compliance
College degree preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent teaching skills
Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with others
Experienced in using Excel
Position will be based out of our headquarters located in Canby, Oregon. Successful applicant must reside within a reasonable driving distance from office.

Minimum experience required:
FAA Commercial Rotorcraft License
2500 Pilot in Command, Helicopter
500 hours MD500 Pilot in Command
150 hours power line experience
Favorable Consideration to:
UH1/205/212 time
CFI Helicopter
MEI Fixed-wing
Commercial Multiengine Fixed Wing
C525 PIC
Must be willing to travel and relocate
