All were installed within the center of the energized substation. Construction also included 330 drilled concrete piers and foundations for two large self-contained transformer pads.

Wilson constructed a 345/138kV addition to PacifiCorp's existing terminal substation in Salt Lake City. Wilson removed two undersized 345kV transformers and added new 345kV transformers, breakers, and air break switches, as well as added 138kV air break switches and a new 138kV control house.
